Beware a G+ invitation can send you to jail

An interesting news has come out where a man named Thomas Gagnon who is from Massachusetts gets a jail for sending an email invitation to join G+ to his ex-girlfriends. Strange news but it’s true. Thomas’s ex-girlfriend had a restraining order against him, which leads Thomas to jail. Thomas is claiming that he did not send an invitation but Google did without his knowledge.
When Thomas’s ex-girlfriends received an invitation, she went to police to complain that Thomas has violated the restraining order by doing so. Police agreed with Thomas’s ex-girlfriends and arrested Thomas, he was jailed but he is now on the bail. Official hearing of this case will start from 6th February and it will be damn interesting to see its hearing. Thomas’s attorney told the news that his client has no idea how the invitation got sent, since Gagnon insists he didn’t send it.
